Defence

Colonies can be sieged. The higher the siege difficulty, the longer it takes to siege a colony. Higher level buildings, population, along with number of soldiers defending a colony all contribute to siege difficulty. Each regular population gives +1 Siege Difficulty and each building level adds +5 Siege Difficulty.
